How crowdlending works step by step
Real estate crowdlending allows multiple investors to collectively finance a project in exchange for a contractual return.
The committee analyzes developers, financial feasibility, location, mortgage guarantees and construction permits issued by Mexican authorities.
Each opportunity is published with its technical sheet, financial model, target term, guarantees and evaluated risk level.
Investors participate from accessible amounts. Funding accumulates until the project target is reached.
The developer delivers audited quarterly reports. Once the term ends, capital is returned together with the contractual yield.
